Privacy policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This site is operated by Lone Star Hemp Coalition ("we", "us"). We are the party responsible for the information collected here. This policy describes what the site actually does.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into one of our three forms:

With each submission we also record the time and your IP address. We use the IP address to limit abuse (rate limiting) and we keep it with the submission record.

How we use it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it goes

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites. We don't use advertising cookies, social media pixels or other tracking pixels, and our emails don't contain open trackers.

Newsletter and unsubscribing

We use double opt-in: after you sign up, we send one email asking you to confirm. Nothing else is sent until you confirm. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions and the subscriber list for as long as we need them to run the coalition. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your address marked as unsubscribed so we don't email you again. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, send us a request through our contact form. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how the site handles your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
